You will receive a confirmation email of shipment, along with a tracking number. You can then track your order through the postal service website or UPS website, depending on the courier used for the shipment.

UPS is our preferred shipper but larger custom signs and orders may require different freight carriers to certain locations and therefore turnaround to shipping doesn’t include deliver times.  If we use a carrier that isn’t UPS, we will contact you to provide information on your delivery.

You can personalize your order by adding your text, images, and arranging your content on the product through our product customizer module. You can personalize any of the items that have the product customizer. Contact us if you have a custom order request not listed.

You will see what your sign will look like through the product customizer module (Design Your Own). If you’d like to request a proof of a specific order, please send us an email to contact@redvana.com with order number or contact our customer service at 866.466.0805 before we begun creating

Our turnaround time for personalized items is generally 1-3 days, but can vary depending on the complexity of the item and quantity ordered. Occasionally larger orders will take up to 4-5 days to complete. With our products that are not personalized, turnaround time is 1-2 days.

We are very dedicated to meeting our turnaround times. If you have any concerns that your product may not arrive by the date you need it by, please contact us at 866.466.0805 and we will work with you to be sure it is received in time. You can also select from expedited shipping options at checkout.

How do I order a custom sign that isn’t listed on the site?

If you’d like a customized sign that isn’t listed on the sign, contact us at contact@redvana.com or our customer service at 866.466.0805 and we will design something for you.

You do not need to create an account to order. Simply select the checkout as guest on the ordering page. We recommend creating an account for easy access to past orders and a quicker checkout.

We can offer wholesale pricing on some of our items when ordering in bulk. Call us or email us and we will send you a price quote.

We can evaluate this on a case by case basis. Generally, personalized orders cannot be changed or cancelled once we have begun creating them. Call our customer service at 866.466.0805 for more information on cancelling an order.

You can subscribe to our email list to receive coupons and special offers. You can also check for offers by liking us on our Facebook page where special offers are often posted.

We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.

We use regular Malware Scanning.

In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order to maintain the safety of your personal information.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

We do not use cookies for tracking purposes

You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser (like Internet Explorer) settings. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser’s Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.
